"Just didn’t really trust it"
I don’t know… I just didn’t get a very trustworthy feeling from 4gadgets.co.uk. The info I found felt a bit vague, and instead of reassuring me, it kind of made me pause a bit.
When I’m buying gadgets online, I need to feel like everything is clear and upfront, you know? But with this, I kept second guessing myself and wondering if I should really go ahead.
Maybe other people have had a totally fine experience, and fair enough if they have. For me though, it just didn’t feel right, and I wouldn’t use them again.

"Unlocked in the end, just needed a bit of patience"
I bought a phone from 4gadgets and had to get the network unlock sorted. To be fair, it did work in the end, so no real complaint there. It just took longer than I expected, and support replied eventually rather than quickly. Common sense says these things can take a bit of time, but a faster update would’ve made the process feel smoother.

I felt like I had to keep doing the extra work just to find out what was going on. No one really updated me unless I chased them first, and even then the replies were slow and not that helpful. It got frustrating having to keep following up myself.

"Probably won’t be coming back"
I didn’t feel like this was worth the money. The item was fine, but nothing special, and for the price I expected a lot better. Unless they lower the prices or improve the quality, I’m probably going to take my business somewhere else next time.

I bought this phone because I thought it was meant to be the more eco-friendly option, but it didn’t really feel that way when it arrived. There was a surprising amount of plastic padding in the box, and I couldn’t find clear info on what to do with old chargers or parts for recycling. The email I got made it sound like one thing, but the packaging and actual process said another, so I was a bit confused. Maybe going refurbished is still better overall, but I expected a gadget company to put in a bit more effort.

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered from 4gadgets.co.uk expecting the delivery to be fairly straightforward, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. This is where it got annoying: it was days past the expected date and I still wasn’t getting any clear updates about what was going on. Overall, frustrating experience and I wasn’t happy with it at all.

I ordered because the website showed it was in stock, only to find out a few days later that it actually wasn’t available. Frustrating to wait around for nothing. I’m sure other customers would appreciate more accurate stock updates before placing an order.

"Payment options were a bit lacking"
I got all the way to checkout and then realized the payment options just weren’t really doing it for me. They didn’t have the one I normally use, and after messing around with that for a bit, I just gave up. Annoying, honestly.

I wouldn’t use this again. The whole experience was frustrating, and when I reached out for help, the support replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t actually address what I was asking. It just made the situation more annoying instead of fixing anything

"Am I the only one this happened to?"
Am I the only one who ordered one thing from 4gadgets and got something completely different? It was clearly listed on my order, so I’m not sure how it got mixed up. I then had to spend time sorting it out, which was frustrating. Just felt a bit careless overall. First time ordering from them, and probably my last.

"Returns: apparently the real product"
I tried to return an item and somehow that became the most complicated part of the whole purchase. The instructions weren’t exactly crystal clear, replies took their sweet time, and I kept having to chase just to figure out what was happening. Super fun, obviously. if this is what their returns process is like, I don’t see myself ordering from them again

I figured right away the warranty process was going to be a hassle, but they did sort out my issue in the end. It took a few days longer than I expected, so I assumed it had gotten stuck somewhere, but the help was good overall

The phone I received was disappointing. The screen had noticeable marks, the battery was draining way faster than I expected, and overall it just felt like it had been used a lot more than the listing made it seem.
I tried using it for a few days, but I was already feeling mentally drained dealing with it. It felt cheap, unreliable, and not worth the price. I really expected better condition, so I wouldn’t buy from here again.

I sent my phone back after it developed a fault, and to be fair, they did replace it in the end. But the whole process dragged on longer than it should have. Updates were slow, and I had to chase them twice just to find out what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but whoever runs this really needs to make the repair process smoother.

I’ve been going back and forth with support for a while now, and I’m a bit lost on the timeline at this point. One message made it sound like it would be sorted soon, then another pushed it out again, and I still don’t have a proper fix. Frustrating.
